Have you heard? HACD offers many benefits for a low annual membership fee of just $35.00! General membership is open to all professionals and students who express an interest in the field of communication disorders.
You have two options to join.
First, join online by entering the member database in the upper right hand corner of the home page. From there, click "not a member" and this will prompt you to complete the information online and pay via paypal. -OR-
The second option is to print and complete the paper application below and mail this to Kristie Gatto, The Speech Emporium, 13611 Skinner Road, Suite 250 Cypress, Texas 77429 or email the application to Kristie at krisgatto@sbcglobal.net and mail the check to the address listed.
